Service Description

A consultation allows you to fully express your concerns and expectations so we can further customize your treatment to cater to your specific needs! A medical questionnaire and liability release form will be required to determine service eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the volume of last minute cancellations and no call/no shows, we require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to notify in time will result in forfeit of the appointment or a $40/service fee. (EX. You were booked for a double session and cancelled the same day, this would be an $80 fee.) You are able to reschedule through our booking system only once a month unless authorized by us. Your appointment reminder text must be confirmed within 24 hours, otherwise it will result in an automatic cancellation. No call no shows will no longer be able to book.
